Packing
Stan here. My flight is early tomorrow and I'm just about to pack my stuff into a couple of bags and have it all laid out so I thought I'd send out a list of what I'll be packing for my trip.
- Headlamp (with home rigged red cover)

- 2 dry bags (1 for camera, 1 for laptop)

- ear plugs

- sextant
- waterproof iphone pouch (with ability to plug in headphones)
- waterproof box for miscellaneous smaller things
- leatherman
- sailing knife with shackle key
- clothing
- microfiber quick dry towel
- homemade buffs (from old t-shirts)
- blank DVDs (for backing up photos or any work I do)
- flip flops
- gloves
- hand salve
- sneakers (for hiking in hawaii and travel)
- bokken (wooden sword) for keeping my sword skills sharp
In addition to this, I've got my share of rigging to bring down for re-rigging the boat which ends up being about 40lbs worth or wire and turnbuckles.
